10 hour mentorship check in
1. Where are you doing your mentorship?
I'm doing my mentorship at the storm water division of Montclair city hall.
2. Who is your contact? What make this person an expert?
My mentor is Joe Rosales. He works in the Storm water section and has been working there for many years. He knows a lot bout my topic and has taught me many things while I've been working with him.
3. How many hours have you done during the school year?
During the school year I have done 29 hours.
4. Succinctly, summarize what you did, how well you and your mentor worked together, and how you plan to complete the remaining hours.
During my mentorship hours I have done many things, including help run a booth during a water conservation fair, shadow during restaurant inspections, and helped start new projects to inform the public about water conservation. Me and my mentor have worked pretty well together, and I enjoy working with him. He has taught me a lot about water conservation. I plan to complete the remaining hours by continuing to work with him and complete the tasks he gives me, and to hopefully further help with public awareness projects.
